Okeechobee Fishing Guides
Summertime Fishing, Fun, and Sun at Lake Okeechobee. The fish have been biting on artificial and shiners. Fish are on the outside grass lines around the Kissimmee grass they are eating spinnerbaits, swim jigs, fluke, and swimbaits. The water is crystal clear on the southwest side of the lake making fishing once the sun comes up tough because of the shadows cast by the boat and your own. Fish are also being caught in the river on rubber worms and crankbaits and you can also find some schooling fish in the river as well which can be caught on just about anything you throw at them. Come on down and enjoy some time on Lake O while the fishing is HOT!
