Lake Okeechobee Fishing Guides: Headwaters Lake 11/21/2020
John Abbott and his buddy both private pilots flew down from Lousiana to fish at Headwaters Lake with Lake Okeechobee Fishing Guides. These guys put a hurting on em catching a 9.11oz 8.1oz 6.10oz and a few around 5lbs. with too many to count 3s and 4s today. This lake is producing tons of BIG bass and great numbers too. As the fall season closes in and the colder weather arrives Okeechobee and Headwaters will start to produce great numbers of fish with some bigguns thrown in. The crappie(speck) bite will start and not end until March sometime when the water begins to warm again into the 80’s. With so many big bass being caught already I believe this year is going to be one of the best years we have had in a few years possibly since before the hurricanes.
