Today I had the pleasure of fishing with Carl Amundsen and the fishing was slower than it has been but they ate. Fishing was pretty good as the sun came up and got higher in the sky to warm the water. The winds have been so fierce the last few days that the water clarity is poor which often inhibits the bite. Fishing will continue to get better as we inch closer and closer to spring. Come and enjoy a day on the water with Okeechobee Fishing Guides and Shellen Guide Service.
